My friend is unable to host a server at all, but I can get him to join my game by hosting through 80. I've found that the default ports, 80 and 443 are both open, and have tried playing multiplayer games through them with mixed results. They have a strict "no fucking around with our stuff" policy, and as a result, neither of us are able to access the router's settings in order to port forward 11155 TCP or UDP. Both of our ISP's operate by lending us their router, and providing us internet access through it. The problem is that we are unable to port forward.
